As an active Participant you can change your plan and payment schedule at any time. Current annual payment schedules are fixed for the term of your plan. Changing an annual plan before the 12 month period has ended forfeits the remaining coverage under the original plan. Once processed, changes will be displayed on this page and in your Participant Account Dashboard.
